Become part of the Backyard Revolution and landscape for wildlife.
Replace your lawn with native shrubs, flowers and trees. Plant a butterfly garden, and put in a pond. You'll benefit from the beauty and tranquility of your yard, and wildlife will benefit from the food and water sources that you provide.

I just received this notice from the Earth Day Network and am wondering if you know anything about this in Germany. If so, I would love for you to post a blog about it as inspiration and motivation. Your country is taking definite steps in the right direction and is a model for other governments. Here's the note from Earth Day Network:
"Germany is moving quickly to develop alternative energy, allowing individual homes to sell excess power to electric companies."
Thank you for bringing a green focus to your part of the world and for joining the Ursa Freedom Project! It will be quite an adventure to see how far we can take this wonderful collaborative event. Welcome adventure-mates – to you and your wife.
Have a beautiful day, Camila :)-c
I think you're the first person from Club Green to come into the ecopaparazzi neighborhood, and I want to welcome you! I love that you and your wife as so committed to Mother Earth. Thank you for sharing a little about yourself on your page here. I enjoyed reading what you have to say,and certainly feel what you say about rainforest destruction. It's hard to see it up close and personal the way I am seeing it be destroyed in parts of Central America. I look forward to getting to know you. Glad you're here!
